Our 6th Annual Green Tea Pancake Stampede Breakfast was the biggest and best yet, and your participation helped make it a huge success this year. Hope you were able to stop by and say 'howdy'!
With the sun shining brightly overhead, more than 1,000 guests joined us on Saturday, July 8 to enjoy the FOOD and the FUN!
By 7:30 a line had already formed, and at 8:30 the event officially began, with hungry guests being served far past the 11:00 end time.

The meaning of OMO is to be unique and memorable, and to provide true hospitality, so even waiting in line at OMO's Stampede Breakfast was LOTS of fun! Chef Vincent entertained the crowds as he tossed pancakes to guests in the Catch-the-Pancake game, and the line-up cheered and roared loudly for those trying their luck to win $50 OMO Bucks on the OMO Prizewheel!

OMO's one-of-a-kind green tea pancakes, ham, gravy, fresh corn and cookies were a huge hit, and we debuted an exciting NEW item this year - the Wagyu korokke hashbrown! Crispy on the outside and filled with savory potato & Wagyu beef, these satisfying korokke are now on our appetizer menu for you to try on your next visit!

Live country music kept our toes tapping, and a special visit from the 2023 Stampede Princesses Sarah Lambros & Alayiah Wolf Child brought smiles to many faces. Beautiful Siksika performances, including a healing dance by Princess Alayiah herself, and traditional hoop dances were greatly appreciated by everyone watching.

A high point of the morning was the Teppan Chefs' fire show, as they juggled flaming sticks and cooking instruments with a smile in a dazzling display of skill. The Chefs and other OMO staff then joined owners Eric and Winnie Sit for a rousing group rendition of Country Roads!
All guests drew a lucky prize ticket from our prize basket in the lineup. Food prizes included Wagyu gyoza, Wagyu korokke, spring, and California rolls. Some people walked away extra lucky with up to $50 OMO Bucks stuffed in their pockets after playing our fun games like Catch-the-Pancake, and Spin-the-Prizewheel! Congratulations to all the winners.
